Bianca Herlitz-Ferguson

Bianca Herlitz-Ferguson joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca clerked for Judge P. Casey Pitts on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Previously, Bianca was a Staff Attorney at Children’s Rights, where she litigated federal civil rights cases on behalf of children in foster care. Before that, Bianca was a Singer Connecticut Public Service Fellow at the Center for Children’s Advocacy in Connecticut, where Bianca represented and engaged in advocacy efforts on behalf of young adults facing discharge from the foster care system and immigrant children seeking legal permanency through Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. In 2023, Bianca was also a Law Fellow with the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE), an intensive two-week program on professional ethics and ethical leadership.

Bianca graduated from Yale Law School in 2021, where she served as the Executive Editor of Forum, Features & Book Reviews for the Yale Law Journal. At Yale, she was a member of the Advanced Appellate Litigation Project, Educational Opportunity and Juvenile Justice Clinic, and Pediatric Medical Legal Partnership. While in law school, Bianca interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Special Litigation Section and Vermont’s Office of the Defender General. Bianca received her B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Cornell University.
