Nicole Mo

Nicole Mo joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for Judge Alison J. Nathan on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge J. Paul Oetken on the Southern District of New York. Nicole was previously a Legal Fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. There, she litigated matters related to free speech, surveillance, and the intersection of technology and civil liberties.

Nicole received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a fellow in the Arthur Garfield Hays Civil Liberties program, a fellow at the Center on Race, Inequality, and the Law, a Furman Academic scholar, and an articles editor in the NYU Law Review. During law school, she worked at Rights Behind Bars, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, and the Legal Aid Society’s Digital Forensics Unit. Nicole received her B.A. from Yale.
