Hannah Brudney

Hannah Brudney joined the firm in 2024.  Prior to joining ECBAWM, Ms. Brudney was a litigation associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where she focused on false advertising, employment, and complex commercial litigation as well as internal investigations.   Ms. Brudney also maintained an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals in civil rights cases and criminal appeals.  Prior to joining Patterson Belknap, Ms. Brudney clerked for Judge Valerie Caproni of the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Brudney received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2019.  During law school, Ms. Brudney worked for the ACLU of Southern California’s Gender and Reproductive Justice Project, focusing on workplace sexual harassment and assault claims.  She also participated in USC’s Post-Conviction Justice Project, representing inmates across California in parole hearings.  Ms. Brudney received her B.A. in English Literature and Psychology from Columbia University.
