Adam Nasser

Adam Nasser joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Arianna J. Freeman on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke on the Southern District of New York. Adam was previously a Litigation Associate at White & Case LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation. He maintained an active pro bono docket including immigration matters, criminal appeals challenging pernicious police and prosecutorial practices, and class action litigation on behalf of schoolchildren in Flint, Michigan poisoned by lead water.

Adam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an International Law and Human Rights Fellow, editor at the Journal of International Law and Politics, and Legal Co-Chair of the school’s chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project. Adam received his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
