Rachael Wyant

Rachael Wyant joined ECBAWM in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wyant clerked for Chief Judge Jon D. Levy on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.

Ms. Wyant was a Public Interest Law Scholar at Northeastern University School of Law and graduated in 2022.  While in law school, she represented clients in the Immigrant Justice Clinic and received a Rappaport Fellowship from the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy. She also completed internships with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the Center for International Human Rights and International Justice at Boston College, and the ACLU of Louisiana, where she developed a civil rights litigation manual for the Justice Lab.

Ms. Wyant received a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School. While in graduate school, she was also a Visiting Scholar at the University of Johannesburg. Prior to attending law school, she worked in international development for over ten years.
