Albert Huber joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Albert clerked for Judge Nina R. Morrison on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and Eunice C. Lee on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Albert was previously an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Officer in Miami, Florida. There, he represented hundreds of people charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Florida state court, working with his clients at every stage of litigation—from arraignment through to jury trial.
Albert received his J.D. from New York University in 2021. During law school, he worked at the Federal Defenders of New York and in Legal Aid’s Juvenile Rights Practice. He also represented youth, and trained other law students to represent youth, in New York City public school suspension hearings through the Suspension Representation Project. Albert is currently licensed to practice law only in Florida.
