Harvey Prager

Associate
Harvey Prager joined the firm as an associate in 2014. He attended Bowdoin College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was graduated summa cum laude. After a stint teaching English Literature at the National University of Argentina, Mr. Prager was awarded a fellowship to study history at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. In 1994, Mr. Prager earned his law degree summa cum laude at the University of Maine School of Law, where he was a member of the Maine Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Prager served as a law clerk to Justice Howard H. Dana, Jr., Supreme Judicial Court of Maine.
Mr. Prager focuses on matters concerning legal professional responsibility and ethics. He worked for many years with a nationally renowned legal professional responsibility practice group, which was devoted to representing and advising lawyers and law firms on all aspects of the law governing lawyers, with a particular emphasis on matters related to legal ethics, professional discipline, malpractice, disqualification motions, sanctions and law firm disputes.
