On November 15, 2025, ECBAWM Partner, Hal Lieberman will be a panel speaker at the Appellate Judges Education Institute’s (AJEI) 2025 summit in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This panel will focus on the ethical obligations of lawyers and judges to respond to misconduct by other lawyers and judges. The program will explore why those rules are important, present some alternatives to traditional reporting, and then explore ways to manage some unfortunately typical scenarios.
