ECBAWM Partners Jonathan Abady, Julia P. Kuan, and Earl S. Ward were featured in the acknowledgements of NBC Dateline producer Dan Slepian’s new book, The Sing Sing Files. The book accounts the producer’s nearly 20-year journey navigating the legal system to help free six innocent men, including ECBAWM Client Jon Adrian “JJ” Velazquez.

The acknowledgements thank Mr. Abady, Ms. Kuan, and Mr. Ward for their work as attorneys freeing the innocent, noting “The system needs more lawyers like you.”
