On October 15, 2026, ECBAWM Partner Zoe Salzman will co-chair a program at the Practicing Law Institute entitled “Psychological Issues in the Workplace.” The panel will examine how psychological stressors impact employment law claims, bringing together legal and mental health experts to discuss the intersection of the law and psychology in the workplace. Topics to be discussed include perspectives on recent harassment and discrimination claims, the impact of artificial intelligence on working with mental health professionals in employment cases, and the status of DEI programs in the legal profession, among others.
