Patrick Perez

Patrick joined ECBAWM in 2025 as a Legal Assistant. Prior to joining the Firm, Patrick worked as a Case Manager for the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES). In this role, Patrick supported clients on Supervised Release access the legal and social services necessary to end their cycle of rearrest. Patrick also has experience working at various legal non-profits including the Transgender Law Center and California Rural Legal Assistance.

Patrick graduated in 2023 from Stanford University with a B.A. in American Studies and in 2024 with an M.A. in Sociology. While at Stanford, Patrick was a recipient of Yale Law School’s Arthur Liman Public Interest Fellowship, which provides funding for students interested in social justice advocacy and public interest law. Alongside his studies, Patrick worked as a researcher for the Court Listening Project and Stanford’s Center for Racial Justice.
