Eric Abrams

Eric Abrams joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining ECBAWM, they were a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where they focused on white collar and regulatory defense, investigations, and class actions, in addition to a robust pro bono practice consisting of civil rights cases, prison litigation, post-conviction criminal proceedings, and death penalty litigation.

Eric received a J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University in 2020. During law school, they were a student clerk for the Honourable Marie-Michelle Lavigne and Éric Dufour of the Court of Quebec. Eric was also a student intern at the Center for Research-Action on Race Relations (CRARR), where they worked on discrimination, wrongful arrest, and other civil rights matters. Eric also participated in the Jessup International Law Moot, the McGill Air & Space Law Moot, and received the Maxwell Cohen Award for highest achievement in public international law. Eric received a D.E.C. in Liberal Arts from Marianopolis College.
