On July 21, 2026, the New York City Board of Elections certified that ECBAWM client, David Siffert, won the primary election for New York State Assembly District 66 by fifteen votes. ECBAWM, as co-counsel to Sarah K. Steiner, Esq., successfully defended Siffert in emergency litigation brought by one of Siffert’s opponents to challenge the vote count.
