Ella Potee

Ella joined ECBAWM in 2025 as the Legal Billing and Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the firm, Ella worked as a Legislative Intern in the Office of Senator Elizabeth Warren in Washington D.C. In this role, she collaborated with civic-minded and talented staff to inform the Senator’s legislative priorities and advance policy initiatives. Ella also spent a summer as a Field Instructor for Connecticut’s Department of Children and Families Wilderness School where she worked closely social workers, families, and justice-involved youth. These experiences strengthened her resolve to pursue opportunities with a mission rooted in public service, social justice, and community building.

Ella graduated from Williams College in June of 2025 with a B.A. in Biology. While Ella enjoys the “study of life” in the abstract, she is primarily interested in a career working to make life better for others. Alongside her studies, Ella rowed on the Varsity Women’s Crew Team, taught 6th grade science in the North Adams School District, and mentored adolescents involved in the Berkshire County Juvenile Court system.
