The New York Law Journal recently featured ECBAWM partner Ilann Maazel in a Q&A about his role in HBO’s documentary Surviving Ohio State. The film examines decades of sexual abuse and cover-ups at Ohio State University by former team doctor Robert Strauss. ECBAWM represents more than 100 survivors in ongoing Title IX litigation against the university, bringing a deep commitment to holding powerful institutions accountable through civil rights litigation.
